Arendelle theme has been built with the advanced drag and drop footer using Elementor builder, so please refer to the Theme Templates System article. However, if you prefer a simple default footer, first navigate to Appearance -> Customize -> Footer and activate the default footer. Here you can find basic footer settings, which work globally on all your pages.
