You can control the look of each post in your blog using Layout Settings. Edit the post and on a sidebar, you’ll find Layout Settings. The options are left-sidebar, right-sidebar, or full-width layout for your post. Other settings for single post located in Appearance -> Customize -> Blog -> Single Post which include social sharing buttons, post meta options, author box, related posts, etc.
