Page layout can be set individualy for blog, archives, regular pages and search results pages. Navigate to Appearance -> Customize -> Layout. Here you can choose page layout settings, which works globally.
Specific page layout on individual pages
You can also choose specific layout on individual pages, using page metaboxes. Edit the page where you want to choose different layout and scroll down to layout settings. After the page saved, this option will override global settings.
